Responsibilities
Set up and operate manufacturing machines, including oil-based equipment
Monitor production and perform in-process and final inspections
Use measuring tools and math skills to verify part dimensions and tolerances
Multi-task efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Identify issues and assist with machine adjustments or minor repairs
Communicate and coordinate with team members to meet production goals
Accurately complete production and inspection documentation
Qualification
Required
Machine Operator experience in a manufacturing environment
Comfortable working with oil-based machines
Strong mechanical aptitude
Good math skills (fractions, decimals, measurements)
Quality-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
Team-oriented with good communication skills
Seeking a temp-to-hire opportunity with growth potential
