Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle project management for large, complex mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial performance for major projects
Manage schedules, manpower planning, procurement, subcontracts, and equipment logistics
Coordinate closely with field leadership (Superintendents, QA/QC, Safety) to drive execution and productivity
Serve as the primary point of contact with owners, general contractors, design teams, and internal stakeholders
Manage change orders, risk mitigation, and contract compliance
Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality requirements, and project documentation processes
Support project turnover, commissioning, and closeout activities
Qualification
Required
Mechanical construction project management experience is required
Proven track record managing large, complex projects (data centers strongly preferred; healthcare, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or labs also highly relevant)
Experience with design-build and/or integrated project delivery models
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, piping, hydronic, process systems, etc.)
Comfortable managing large budgets, aggressive schedules, and multi-trade coordination
Willing and able to travel nationwide for extended project assignments
Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
Preferred
Prior experience on mission-critical or data center construction projects
Experience managing projects with $25M+ mechanical value preferred
Exposure to fast-track or highly coordinated builds
