Responsibilities

Aggressively prospect and generate new business through proactive cold calling and outreach to private medical practices
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts
Present and articulate the value proposition of our solutions effectively, tailoring your approach to individual client needs
Navigate the sales cycle from initial contact to successful close
Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities within our CRM system
Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing support
Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape

Required

5+ years of demonstrable success in a sales role, ideally with a strong focus on new business acquisition
A history of consistently hitting and exceeding sales quotas
Proven experience in high-volume cold calling and outbound sales strategies
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
A tenacious and self-driven attitude with a strong work ethic
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in using CRM systems
Experience with Salesforce, Slack, Ring Central, Google Cloud, and using target lists for cold calling campaigns
Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Medical Industries

Preferred

Previous experience in digital marketing sales or sales to the medical industry
Recognition as a President's Club winner or recipient of other significant sales awards
