Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross functional teams in an agile environment to ensure high quality software delivery
Design, develop and maintain test automation test scripts using Selenium, Python and Squish test automation tools
Setting up squish infrastructure for UI related activities
Setting up Jenkins to trigger automation testing
Run automation cycling framework and analyse the results
Adding System features for test automation
Enhance the V & V framework and add more tests
Integration and formal verification testing
Supporting various teams with investigations of reported issues
Must be a problem-solver with strong automation fundamentals that can quickly adapt to our fast-paced Agile environment
Must have browser automation experience (Selenium WebDriver)
Excellent root cause analysis and troubleshooting skills is a must
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in business and technical terms
Excellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Flexible, able to adapt to changing priorities within a rapidly changing business environment
Must have strong knowledge and experience in Healthcare CSV (Computer system validation) & GxP test procedures
Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure test coverage and continuous improvement in the testing process
Troubleshoot and debug issues in collaboration with development teams, providing detailed report on bugs and failures
Ensure continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines integrate with automated testing solutions
Qualification
Required
BE/B Tech
Proven experience in UI testing and automation using tools like Selenium, Python and Squish
Strong Python programming skills for test automation
Experience in Healthcare CSV (Computer system validation) & GxP test procedures
Good understanding of healthcare domain and prior experience in CT systems
Good knowledge in Jenkins and GITHUB tools
Hands on experience in an agile development environment
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
Excellent communications skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Prior experience in a consulting role or client-facing environment is highly desirable
