Responsibilities
Execute full-cycle recruitment: Own the end-to-end recruiting process by developing strategic sourcing plans, building robust and diverse talent pipelines for both technical and non-technical roles, and actively networking to attract top-tier candidates
Advise and influence stakeholders: Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership by leveraging market data and experience to guide recruitment strategies, challenge assumptions, and negotiate offers, ensuring the successful hiring of qualified teams
Drive operational excellence and process improvement: Utilize data to optimize recruiting performance, identify and implement process improvements, and ensure the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive efficiency at scale
Champion the employer brand and candidate experience: Act as a brand ambassador for Okta by delivering timely and effective communication, building trusting relationships with candidates and stakeholders, and participating in events or talent marketing campaigns to enhance our employer brand
Qualification
Required
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a high-growth SaaS organization
Genuine passion for the technology or cybersecurity landscape
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ability to move with a sense of urgency without sacrificing quality of work, integrity of data, or candidate experience
Exceptional communication and collaborative skills
Proven ability to tailor messages to any audience
Professional courage to provide consultative guidance using expertise to influence decisions
Strong client focus
Commitment to continuous improvement
Aptitude to quickly learn and apply new tools and technologies to enhance effectiveness
Preferred
