Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers within the assigned territory
Promote and sell products and services, including:
Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize value
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
Achieve or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in transportation, trucking, or related industries
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory
