Qualification

Required

Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice in any U.S. State
1-3 years' experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills

Preferred

1-3 years of litigation experience either Plaintiffs' or Defense side
Prior experience in one or more of the following: Trial prep, court appearances, discovery, analyzing medical records, taken or assisted with depositions
