Responsibilities
Provide remote technical support by troubleshooting electro-mechanical and software-related issues across packaging machinery
Program, modify, and improve PLC-based automation to resolve issues, implement upgrades, and support customer-specific requirements
Support installed equipment through continuous follow-up, retrofits, and procedural improvements to minimize technical incidents
Qualification
Required
Technical background in electrical engineering, automation, or equivalent hands-on experience in industrial machinery
Experience programming and supporting PLC, drives, and automation systems within packaging, converting, or industrial environments
Ability to interpret electrical diagrams, support customers remotely, and manage multiple technical issues in a structured manner
