Responsibilities
Work on reception, greeting customers and helping make their appointment as smooth and friendly as possible
Supporting our clinical staff by preparing client files and scanning documents, allowing them to focus fully on patient care
Carrying out day-to-day administrative tasks to keep the clinic running smoothly, including handling post, answering calls and emails, managing card transactions, processing invoices, and organising delivery notes
Working closely with clinical colleagues to ensure client reports and correspondence are completed and sent within required timeframes
Qualification
Required
Proven experience delivering exceptional, client focused customer service in person such as in retail, hospitality
Previous experience in an administrative role
Strong time management skills and flexibility – you will need to adapt quickly and support different areas throughout your shift
Excellent attention to detail, along with solid computing skills and a good understanding of Microsoft Office applications
Preferred
Experience in healthcare is desirable but not essential
