Responsibilities

Own full-cycle sales: prospect → discovery → demo → close
Generate new revenue through high-volume outbound and inbound follow-up
Build and manage a robust pipeline with 2-3x quota coverage
Conduct consultative discovery that uncovers challenges, urgency, and decision-making dynamics
Confidently navigate objections, negotiate, and close deals
Maintain clean, accurate pipelines in HubSpot with disciplined CRM hygiene
Partner with Marketing, Product, and Leadership to refine messaging and improve conversion
Continuously optimize personal performance, sales approach, and deal strategy
Hit or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets consistently
Own your pipeline, actively creating and advancing opportunities
Execute tight discovery, compelling demos, and confident closes
Maintain a disciplined CRM with up-to-date records
Operate with urgency, accountability, and relentless focus on results
Daily outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Add new prospects weekly into personalized outbound sequences
Multi-thread deals to increase conversion and accelerate close cycles
Leverage HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Sales Navigator to source and advance opportunities daily
Proactively re-engage stalled deals and expand opportunities within the pipeline

Required

Proven track record of closing new business in quota-carrying sales roles

Thrive in fast-moving, evolving sales environments

Preferred

Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools (HubSpot preferred)
