Project Manager of Human Services Training
BLH Technologies, Inc. is an award-winning company specializing in communications, information technology, training and technical assistance, and safety monitoring solutions for Federal and commercial clients. They are seeking an experienced TTA Lead to oversee the Training and Technical Assistance Team, providing support to TANF agencies and stakeholders in enhancing economic security for families. The role involves leading delivery efforts, developing training tools, and maintaining relationships with clients and partners.

Responsibilities
Lead all TTA Team delivery efforts to the client and TANF stakeholders, including assessment, implementation, and evaluation
Collaborate with Team members to develop project plans and execute project goals and timelines
Provide direct TTA delivery to multiple organizations and audiences
Stay abreast of latest research, tools, and resources to support TTA provision to TANF and other human services agencies
Oversee development of TTA tools and materials
Design and/or participate in presentations at national/regional meetings and conferences
Communicate regular TTA project status updates and resolve major issues
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Team members, consultants, and Federal staff for two-way communication, collaborative planning, and shared problem-solving to meet the needs of the client and TANF stakeholders
Build trusted advisor relationships with clients and partners
Assist in providing direction for building TTA capacity within BLH
Qualification
Required
Master's Degree in a related discipline with at least 10 years of relevant experience
Demonstrated experience in the design and implementation of a range of TTA activities for diverse audiences
Demonstrated experience in leadership positions on federal task orders, grants, or contracts
Knowledge of social and human services programs for children, families, and underserved communities
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and successfully manage competing priorities
Detail oriented with excellent time management skills
Ability to manage and adapt to change while maintaining high-quality results
Strong research, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with team members, managers, and clients
Ability to travel to oversee TTA events
Preferred
Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, change management, capacity building, organizational development, and/or implementation science
Experience in coaching and program facilitation for individuals or teams
Experience with report writing and the development of TTA products in plain language for diverse audiences
Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) and/or Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act content knowledge
Experience managing federal projects
Experience working with the Administration for Children and Families or Office of Family Assistance
