Customer Service Representative (FULL-TIME w/BENEFITS)
Smithers is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in a full-time role with benefits. The representative will interact with customers to address inquiries, guide them to solutions, and manage various administrative tasks related to customer accounts.

Responsibilities
Contact prospective customers and follow up on leads via phone and e-mail
Complete administrative activities to include client account set up, project scoping activities, proposal creation, and data management activities
Manage CRM, project and lab management databases and sales funnel
Define key accounts, execute and maintain account plans and follow ups with agreed upon metrics
Review project deliverables upon completion of testing
Create sales reports and forecasts
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional, service-oriented, and problem-solving mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Teams, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to learn, or experience with CRM software
Preferred
Associate's degree from a two-year college or technical school
One (1) year customer service experience
