Responsibilities

Analysis of engineering production workflows for process improvement
Compliance with LM policies and procedures
Coordination with Program Management, Contracts, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Configuration Management, Systems Engineering, Cyber Resiliency Engineering, Field Engineering & Deployment, and external sources to ensure program contractual delivery dates are met
Consistent interaction and coordination with the customers, vendors, subcontracts, hardware engineering, software engineering and procurement will be required
Support of ALIS/ODIN upgrades, special projects, production deployments
Inventory activities of all F-35 maintenance systems ALIS/ODIN hardware and software products across the enterprise in support of Technology Management efforts as a stretch assignment

Required

Management of COTS hardware/software and firmware products across several concurrent development and sustainment baselines
Help manage the delivery of Low Level System Software (LLSS) - drivers, BIOS, firmware packages to impacted F-35 maintenance systems ALIS/ODIN hardware products
Strong background in engineering processes and best practices
Development of integrated processes for managing sustainment actions throughout the product lifecycle (both planning and execution phases)
Analysis of engineering production workflows for process improvement
Compliance with LM policies and procedures
Coordination with Program Management, Contracts, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Configuration Management, Systems Engineering, Cyber Resiliency Engineering, Field Engineering & Deployment, and external sources to ensure program contractual delivery dates are met

Good verbal & written communication skills to different levels of the organization including external customers, and the ability to create presentation material for recurring meetings
Detail orientated, flexible, and adaptable
Working knowledge of Microsoft products
Sustainment Engineering experience
Knowledge of JSF F-35 Autonomic Logistic Information System/Operational Data Integrated Network (ALIS/ODIN) system
Self-starter who identifies problems, determines and acts on courses of action, and escalates to leadership when help, direction or approval needed
Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build effective working relationships
