Land Sourcing: Identify potential parcels using MLS listings, GIS maps, and broker relationships
Research & Analysis: Evaluate market demographics, growth trends, and other data to assess suitability for housing
Documentation: Record parcel details, analysis, and recommendations in organized spreadsheets or databases
Team Collaboration: Present vetted parcels to developers for decision-making and coordinate between brokers, developers, and legal teams
Training & Support: Receive guidance and mentorship from the current analyst transitioning into a developer role
Travel: Optional site visits
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical and research skills
Comfortable using technology for mapping, data analysis, and reporting
Clear and professional communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Preferred
Knowledge of property management or real estate
