Responsibilities
Design, implement, and deploy computer vision models for deterministic, enterprise-grade task execution
Develop multimodal AI solutions that integrate visual perception with natural language understanding
Innovate on fine-tuning and model compression techniques to maximize inference speed and efficiency
Ensure AI perception systems meet enterprise compliance and deliver measurable business value
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—product, engineering, and business—to deliver impactful vision-based automation
Stay at the forefront of computer vision and multimodal AI research, applying relevant advancements to Kognitos’ platform
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, or a related field
Proven experience developing and deploying computer vision models in production environments
Expertise in fine-tuning techniques for large-scale vision models and optimizing resource usage
Strong intuition with visual transformer architectures, CNNs, and vision-language models
Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or OpenCV
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience with agentic workflows and multi-agent perception systems
Knowledge of enterprise automation challenges where computer vision adds measurable value
Prior work in multimodal AI for enterprise applications
Familiarity with cloud platforms and distributed computing frameworks
