Responsibilities

Develop and take ownership of comprehensive, integrated NAM-specific demand generation campaign plans, ensuring they align with overall business objectives and regional targets for marketing contribution to pipeline and revenue
Lead the development and execution of sophisticated Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs tailored for key accounts within NAM, leveraging platforms like Demandbase to identify, engage, and convert high-value prospects
Work closely with Sales Leaders across NAM to deeply understand their business requirements, sales objectives, and regional nuances. You'll translate these insights into effective campaign strategies and in-region activations
Partner effectively with Regional Marketing Managers who are focused on in-territory execution, providing them with campaign assets, guidance, and support to ensure consistent messaging and maximize local impact
Provide quarterly forecasts for campaign programs, analyze performance reports, and leverage insights to optimize campaigns for maximum impact and ROI continuously
Clearly communicate campaign plans, detailed analysis of results, and proposed optimizations to executive leadership, sales teams, and key stakeholders through engaging remote and in-person presentations
Manage, spend, and meticulously track the NAM program budget for your assigned business unit, ensuring optimal allocation and demonstrable return on investment
Coordinate the end-to-end execution of defined program activities across a diverse range of tactics, including, but not limited to: Digital advertising (paid social, display, programmatic), Email marketing and nurture programs, Content syndication, Paid search, Account-Based Marketing plays, Partner marketing programs
Ensure that all responses from marketing programs are appropriately tracked, qualified, and seamlessly delivered to the relevant sales organizations. Continuously track leads and conversions through the entire sales funnel, optimizing follow-up processes and campaign tactics as needed to improve conversion rates
Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including Product Marketing, Sales, Marketing Operations, Digital, Web, Social Media, PR, and Regional Marketing managers, as well as external agencies, to ensure cohesive campaign execution and consistent brand messaging

Required

7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, campaign management, or a similar marketing role, with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding pipeline and revenue targets in the NAM region
Demonstrable experience with ABM strategies and platforms
A keen interest in and practical understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in marketing, with experience or a strong desire to implement AI-driven strategies for enhanced targeting, personalization, and efficiency
Proficiency in Salesforce CRM for pipeline tracking, reporting, and campaign attribution
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, derive actionable insights, and present findings clearly
Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to successfully juggle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including strong presentation abilities and comfort presenting to large groups and executive leadership
A results-oriented mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Preferred

Experienced working with organizations specializing in data platforms, data governance, or data integration solutions is strongly preferred
Hands-on experience with Demandbase
Experience with reporting tools like Power BI would be a bonus
Expertise with marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua (preferred), or Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot
