Ingest the electronic and physical mail daily by way of scanning to electronic versions
Promptly report any issues or disruptions with ingesting the mail
Identify mail classified to be delivered physically and ship out accordingly
Identify Index and Categorize documents
MERS Mail Identification processing
Qualification
Required
Three or more years of administrative or relevant work experience
Ability to use Outlook 365, MS Teams, and Zoom
Must be able to make quick decisions knowing when to escalate issues
Preferred
Familiarity with Kodak Scanner S3021 is a plus
Pitney -Bowes US Postage machine knowledge a plus
