Responsibilities
Lead Migration Projects: Oversee the migration of the existing Service Manager environment to current industry standards
System Maintenance: Manage the patching and day-to-day support of the Service Manager environment, identifying future improvement opportunities
Environment Support: Provide deep technical expertise for MS System Center, focusing on site design, best practices, and feature optimization
Compliance: Ensure all infrastructure and server networks meet stringent healthcare-related requirements, including HIPAA
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of experience in a development/support role for MS System Center
At least 3 years of administrative experience in MS Azure
5 years in MS Server environments
3+ years working within ITIL, MITA, or similar frameworks
Working knowledge of PowerShell, SQL, PowerBI, HTML, XML, and JavaScript
Bachelor's Degree or at least 5 years of directly related work experience
Must be current residents of the state of South Carolina
Preferred
Experience with Cireson and System Center Orchestrator
Microsoft Server Administrator certifications
