Interact with our valued customers in a friendly and professional manner. Assist with inquiries, orders, and resolve any issues or concerns promptly
Receive, store, and distribute products. Ensure the warehouse is organized, and inventory is maintained accurately
Handle paperwork, process orders, and maintain records with precision
Safely load and unload products for shipment. Ensure compliance with all safety and quality guidelines
Utilize various software systems to track orders and inventory
Qualification
Required
Previous warehouse experience and customer service experience
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
High school or equivalent (Required)
