Responsibilities
Project accounting, job costing, and budget tracking
Analyze project performance, including cost forecasts and variances
Prepare and submit monthly progress billings (AIA format)
Track and reconcile change orders and committed costs
Apply and record cash receipts accurately
Prepares lien releases and ensure compliance
Oversee bond documentation for active projects
Collaborate with project teams on financial reporting and closeouts
Support process improvements in accounting systems and workflows
Qualification
Required
MS Office Suite with a strong focus in Excel
Preferred
At least 2 years of Project Accounting within construction is preferred
Proficiency in Procore, Textura GCPay and Foundation is preferred
