They are seeking an Automated Field Service Technician to support the commissioning process and provide technical assistance to customers, focusing on troubleshooting and customer service.

Responsibilities
Serve as a person of contact for technical aspects of our commissioning process when at customer locations
Implement solutions to challenges and seize exciting opportunities to take care of our customers
Qualification
Required
Strong troubleshooting skills in both mechanical and electrical domains
Familiarity with Siemens, Beckhoff, or similar control systems
Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and travel frequently
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
