Printers & mobile devices

Networking issues

Microsoft ecosystem support: Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint)

Active Directory

DNS

Group Policy

Onsite visits for installs, troubleshooting, and project work

Detailed documentation in ticketing & knowledge base systems

Escalation to senior engineers when needed

Apply cybersecurity best practices across all client environments

Help protect clients from evolving threats

Collaborate on AI-driven solutions

Help automate processes, uncover insights, and improve client operations

Stay current with new technologies

Participate in training and certifications
