Network and Cloud Solutions Manager
Technical Support International (TSI) is a provider of IT and Cyber Security Services for small and medium sized businesses throughout New England and now nationally. The Network and Cloud Solutions Manager will guide clients through complex migration processes and provide technical authority during the sales process, ensuring that client needs are met with effective solutions.

Responsibilities
Apply expertise and in-depth knowledge around the technical aspects of all our cloud services and the industry, including Cloud Computing: Azure, Amazon Web Services, Networking, Managed Cloud Services, Professional Services and Consulting engagements, Outsourced IT Infrastructure Solutions, and Security Services
Collaborate and advise TSI’s Executives to develop high quality and management
Works closely with our clients to understand their requirements, map those to TSI’s service offerings, and propose differentiated solutions that gain trust in prospects and lead to new business
Determines client requirements and provide solution design and technical descriptions
Drives the creation of proposals and Statements of Work
Create and report on sophisticated project plans that delineate critical technical milestones
Identify key risks arising out of projects and manage stakeholders, working toward solutions that are informed and meet expectations
Works with our Account Managers, internal, field and security services teams to provide pre- and post-sale project support as needed to clarify service expectations, including providing diagrams, verbal explanation, and written documentation
Develops and grows internal technical knowledge base on the entire cloud infrastructure stack and presenting ongoing technical training to TSI staff where needed
Provides guidance to sales, operations, marketing, and product development on industry and technical trends observed within our clients’ environments and competitors
Leads network/cloud security engineering: design, implementation, optimization, monitoring and troubleshooting of LAN, WAN, WLAN and DR networks
Leads and demonstrates best practice usage of technologies and policy administration: Firewalls, IDS/IPS, DLP, Proxy, Endpoint, management, logging, security groups and network segmentation, and system hardening

Qualification
Required
Proven experience with professional services- scoping, sizing, solutioning with clients is a must
Technical and operational acumen with developing solutions for pricing of cloud migration and network services
Expert knowledge of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Expert knowledge of security concepts and technologies (e.g., firewalls, VPNs)
Expert understanding of cloud technology (Azure, Office 365) with a broad understanding of infrastructure
Significant experience in the design of distributed, high availability server-based network computing infrastructures; Azure, and Office 365 design, build and/or operational experience
Track record juggling the pursuit of multiple opportunities across different lines of business and several BDEs simultaneously
Competency with research skills and industry acumen required to perform insight-based selling and to put IT solutions in the context of the most pressing (and funded) business challenges for new and existing clients
Understanding of target industries and solution areas
Understanding of computer networking - Routing/Switching, LAN/WAN, network & hardware security, and Multi-Vendor Firewall Configuration
Knowledge and understanding of Windows, Linux, and Mac
Ability to build Lab environments
Leads the deployment and maintenance of network monitoring solutions
Expertly applies virtualization technologies such as VMWare and Hyper-V
In depth knowledge of multi-tier application architecture on infrastructure and cloud environments
Apply skills with securing sensitive data in production environments
Displays resourcefulness, self-starter with strong work ethic; willing to identify issues and lead them to conclusion
Presents ideas clearly to management
Demonstrates strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert
Certified Cisco Network Associate
Certified Sophos Firewall Architect
5-7+ years of expert experience in IT engineering
5+ years of expert experience in Cloud Network experience
5+ years expert experience in a Solutions Engineering and Solutions Architect role
5+ years of expert experience in M365 and its cloud applications (MDM)
Preferred
BA/BS Degree – preferred; or related experience
