Lead all aspects of financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
Oversee audits, tax compliance, and internal controls
Manage and mentor a team of accountants across multiple levels
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of financial processes
Partner with senior leadership on strategic financial planning
Qualification
Required
5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, with at least 2 years in leadership
Prior hospitality or hotel industry experience (required)
Strong communication skills and executive presence
Flexible, adaptable, and able to partner closely with executive leadership
