Responsibilities

Operate specialized test equipment to perform functional and pressure tests on oxygen masks and related safety components
Troubleshoot test failures, identify root causes in accordance with Components Maintenance Manuals (CMM) and FAA regulations
Inspect, disassemble, repair and reassemble oxygen masks and cylinder/regulator assemblies to OEM specifications, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
Accurately document all test results, repair actions, and compliance data in accordance with FAA Part 145 requirements
Maintain test benches, calibration records, and ensure all equipment meets regulatory compliance
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Other duties as assigned to support production and turnaround goals

Required

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent technical training
Willingness to learn - Well train you on specialized processes and equipment
Hands-on mindset - Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand tools and precision instruments
Attention to detail - Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance in a regulated environment
Dependability - Ability to follow procedures, meet deadlines, work overtime and weekends as required by business needs
Team player - Works well with others in a collaborative environment
Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Preferred

Prior experience in an FAA Part 145 Repair Station or similar regulated industry (manufacturing, automotive, aviation, aerospace, pharmaceutical) is a plus
Familiarity with oxygen mask testing systems (AMI or equivalent) and assembly processes
Experience with pressure testing, leak checks, and calibration procedures
Assembly experience in aerospace or mechanical repair environments
Knowledge of FAA regulations and quality assurance standards
