Business Development Manager - Bilingual
Covert Recruiting is seeking a strategic, results-driven Business Development Manager to lead outbound sales efforts. The role involves building and executing sales strategies, managing CRM pipelines, and creating sales playbooks while targeting local and national customers.
Responsibilities
Build and execute an outbound sales strategy targeting local owner-operators and fleets, expanding toward national carriers
Create and maintain a sales playbook from scratch
Manage CRM pipeline and reporting in GoHighLevel
Work with marketing team to develop collateral, outreach workflows, and messaging
Close deals and coordinate with operations for customer onboarding
Report weekly on funnel metrics and adjust strategy as needed
Qualification
Required
4–7 years of B2B or logistics-related outbound sales experience
Proven track record of pipeline building and cold outreach
Self-starter with strong communication skills
Comfortable traveling up to 30%
Preferred
SPANISH-speaking bilingual candidates preferred
Proficiency in CRM tools (GoHighLevel preferred)
