Responsibilities
Drive consistent revenue growth by achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets
Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives
Build, maintain, and strengthen client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the gaming and entertainment sectors
Lead, coach, and motivate sales team members to meet individual and collective goals
Prepare detailed forecasts, performance reports, and market analyses for leadership review
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and operations to optimize sales initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the Gaming and/or Sportsbook industry
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue goals
Strong strategic thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and guide a sales team
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tracking tools; Google Workspace proficiency required
