Assistant Professor in Management Human Resource Management/International Management

They are seeking a full-time tenure-track Assistant Professor in Management with specializations in Human Resources Management and International Management, responsible for teaching and developing courses in these areas while maintaining an active research agenda.

Responsibilities
Provide instructional excellence in courses in areas of Human Resources Management and International Management
Demonstrate a planned scholarly agenda consistent with expectations of an AACSB-accredited program
Participate in the development of innovative and/or interdisciplinary courses
Teach human resources management and cross-cultural/international management at both undergraduate and graduate levels
Foster active, engaged classrooms and demonstrate evidence of highly effective teaching
Engage in student advisement, mentorship, and research
Qualification
Required
Doctorate in Human Resources Management or related discipline, preferably from an AACSB-accredited program or other program/institution with equivalent standards (ABD candidates may be considered only on the condition of full doctoral completion by August 2026)
Evidence of and potential for scholarly achievement, including a commitment to high-quality empirical research and the ability to publish in peer-reviewed journals
Teaching interest or experience in one or more of the following areas: human resources management (and related sub-fields), and cross-cultural/international management at both the undergraduate and graduate (MBA, MS) levels
Preferred
Teaching experience in the required areas, with an ability to deliver instruction effectively in both in-person and hybrid modalities
Experience, capability and/or willingness to develop new courses and programs at both undergraduate and graduate levels, within the areas of specialization listed above
