Mechanical Engineer II - Energy

They are seeking a Mechanical Engineer II to support various projects, primarily in aviation fueling, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver design solutions.

Responsibilities
Support DoD and commercial aviation fueling projects
Contributing to work across multiple markets including oil & gas, power delivery, renewables, and utilities
Work alongside mechanical, electrical, civil, and structural engineers, as well as architects, planners, and construction professionals
Deliver integrated, full-service design solutions for clients worldwide
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a strong foundation in applied engineering principles
2-5 years of mechanical engineering or relevant internship experience, preferably in a consulting or design-focused environment
EIT certification preferred
Demonstrated ability to support engineering design tasks
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Preferred
Experience supporting fueling system design for DoD facilities, military airfields, or commercial aviation terminals
Working knowledge of piping systems, tanks, hydrant fueling systems, and related mechanical infrastructure
Familiarity with hydraulic analysis, system modeling, simulation, or stress analysis
Experience preparing technical specifications, calculations, and engineering documentation
Ability to coordinate with other disciplines and contribute to design reviews and project meetings
