Responsibilities
Implement and maintain organizational programs in support of developing cutting-edge solutions for the future of cross domain solutions
Work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting
Help with tactical planning using resources like MS Project and have regular interactions with clients, schedulers, project leads, and SMEs
Ensure the program achieves its goals and meets quality standards
Develop and articulate scope, risk, cost, and performance parameters as well as mitigation strategies for technical and programmatic risks
Ensure compliance with organizational, contractual, and regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience as a project analyst supporting technical projects
Experience with Microsoft Office, including SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
Experience developing and maintaining integrated master schedules, risk registers, and project baselines
Ability to develop and articulate scope, risk, cost, and performance parameters as well as mitigation strategies for technical and programmatic risks
Ability to ensure compliance with organizational, contractual, and regulatory requirements
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Preferred
Experience with systems engineering or engineering management
Experience facilitating cross-discipline collaboration among engineering, configuration management, logistics, and quality assurance teams
Experience preparing and presenting project status reports, metrics, and technical briefings to leadership and customers
Experience with Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition or systems integration programs
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering Management, or a related Engineering or technical field
