Business Analyst

Spectrum Software Technology is seeking a Business Analyst to support their Civil Aviation / Airport Technology Research & Development programs. The role involves project coordination, process development, and administrative oversight to ensure the smooth operation of aviation research projects.

Responsibilities

Project Coordination: Support the branch manager and project leads in planning, tracking, and reporting on civil aviation research projects
Process Development: Maintain and refine ATR’s internal business and research management processes (funding, deliverables, scheduling, etc.)
Administrative Oversight: Track sponsor agreements, funding, deliverables, personnel lists, and schedules
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare updates, progress reports, and summaries for leadership and stakeholders
Data & Tools Management: Maintain SharePoint and MS Teams for collaboration. Create tutorials and process documentation
Event Support: Help organize technical interchange meetings, workshops, and reviews (virtual or local)

Qualification

Required

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Management, or a related field
Experience: 3+ year of general business operations (internships and part-time roles count)
Skills: Strong organization and project management ability
Skills: Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Eligibility: U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
