Responsibilities
Act as a recognized expert, representing the organization in industry, regulatory, and external forums related to the assigned domain
Lead and oversee complex, cross-functional programs and initiatives with statewide or enterprise-wide impact
Mentor and coach team members, supporting professional growth and knowledge development
Tackle highly complex challenges by anticipating risks and delivering innovative, forward-thinking solutions
Partner with internal stakeholders to align initiatives with organizational strategy and business priorities
Define program objectives, performance metrics, and success measures to support company-wide goals
Coordinate resources across departments to ensure timely and effective execution of program outcomes
Build and guide multi-disciplinary project teams to influence utility, regulatory, and industry decisions
Drive major energy efficiency or large-scale operational programs, resolving conflicts and educating external stakeholders
Provide strategic recommendations and insights to senior leadership, industry peers, and regulatory bodies to shape market and policy direction
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
10+ years of relevant, progressive experience in a related field
Preferred
Master's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project leadership credentials
