Responsibilities

Drive new business development with a focus on net-new logo acquisition
Develop and execute a sales strategy targeting enterprise and hyperscaler clients
Sell complex Data Center solutions , including modernization, migration, and managed services
Build and manage a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and referrals
Lead client conversations, understand technical needs, and collaborate with engineering and solution teams to build compelling proposals
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and decision-makers
Track opportunities, forecasts, and account plans in CRM tools
Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings

Required

8yr-12 years of experience in Data Centers, Cloud Structure, and established service offerings / Services sales, with a focus on Data Center solutions
Proven track record as a sales hunter, consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets
Strong understanding of data center engineering, cloud infrastructure, modernization, migrations, and related service offerings
Established network within enterprise customers in the Bay Area is highly preferred
Experience selling to CIO, CTO, VP Engineering, Infrastructure, and IT leadership teams
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and in collaboration with technical and delivery teams

Preferred

Experience working with global services organization or system integrators
Understanding of hyperscaler ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder environments
