Responsibilities

Perform quality assurance (QA) reviews on data for annual reporting and accreditation standards
Document internal workflows and processes for knowledge management
Support updates and reporting in Smartsheet and Tableau dashboards
Assist with system maintenance tasks in 12twenty (Recruit McCombs), such as troubleshooting and updates
Provide ad hoc project support related to data analysis, reporting, or process improvement

Required

Must be a University of Texas at Austin student, enrolled for at least 6 credit hours
Must be authorized to work in the U.S
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and comfort working with data
Ability to follow processes accurately and document work clearly

Preferred

Familiarity with Smartsheet, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools
Experience working with databases or data entry
Strong problem solving and communication skills
Interest in data management, reporting, or business analytics
Open to work-study award for the semester
