This role focuses on deploying DIA circuits and SD-WAN appliances across multiple locations, ensuring readiness, accurate planning, and timely execution.

Responsibilities
Coordinating with vendor and internal project managers to prevent technician turnaways
Managing communications with store leadership
Validating Bills of Materials (BOM)
Documenting existing customer premises equipment (CPE) such as Demarc, Cradlepoint, MDF, and IDF
Scheduling and overseeing multiple site visits per location
Reviewing vendor quotes for budget compliance
Tracking progress, issues, and schedules using Smartsheet
Liaising with the deployment support team to verify deliverables and ensure completion standards are met
Monitoring and validating MRC/NRC expenses against quotes and construction allowances
Qualification
Required
Experience in telecom provisioning and circuit delivery
Familiarity with network infrastructure
Project coordination experience with large-scale telecom or circuit rollouts
Working knowledge of networking, telecom rooms, and related components
Strong organizational, communication, and issue-management skills
Proficiency with Smartsheet, Excel, Slack, and Outlook preferred
Preferred
Advanced experience with Smartsheet and Excel
Strong vendor management and budgeting skills
