Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians as needed
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
Proven experience working with big block engines or similar machinery
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Familiarity with safety standards and best practices in a technical environment
Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
