Responsibilities
Prepare journal entries, perform account reconciliations, and support month-end close to ensure accurate financial reporting
Maintain financial records, balance sheets, and supporting schedules while meeting all internal deadlines
Support AR activity, including customer payment documentation and revenue reconciliations
Assist with audit requests and ensure adherence to GAAP and SOX-related controls
Enhance accounting workflows and maintain advanced Excel spreadsheets for analysis and reporting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
1-2 years of corporate accounting or public accounting experience, with strong exposure to journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close processes
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills, and experience working with accounting software platforms
Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting requirements, and corporate accounting workflows
Detail-oriented professional with strong analytical abilities, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
