Senior Director Technical Product Management – Fleet Modeling Profitability
GE Aerospace is seeking a Senior Director of Technical Product Management for Fleet Modeling Profitability to lead the product family strategy and execution. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver solutions that enhance cost management and analytics within the Services franchise.

Responsibilities
Create and own the execution of an integrated digital strategy for Fleet Modeling across the Commercial and Services, Services Engineering divisions
Partner closely with functional and technical counterparts to develop a comprehensive and prioritized product category roadmap
Lead a team of TPMs, software engineers and architects to execute on the digital strategy across all products in the Fleet Modeling Profitability category
Serve as a model practitioner of FLIGHT DECK, coaching the Commercial & Service Agreement Operations team and the broader organization on culture, tools, behaviors, and operating models to foster a culture of excellence, curiosity, and accountability
Connect teams and processes across multiple organizations in support of its customers and internal operations
Recruit and develop technical talent in the GE Aerospace Digital Technology Organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 10 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 13 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 15 years of professional experience
Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Technical Product Management
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job
Preferred
Knowledge of the aerospace and defense industries
Deep expertise with large scale transactions in CES related businesses
Excellent communication skills, both written (presentations, memos) and oral, and experience engaging with executive leadership
Strong project management skills, with ability to prioritize effectively and work productively in a cross functional and matrixed environment
