Pop Locate is a fast-growing digital marketing agency serving small businesses across the U.S. They are seeking a Senior Account Manager to manage a portfolio of approximately 200 client accounts, ensuring client retention and building long-term relationships. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to proactively support clients in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
Manage ~200 accounts efficiently using systems and automation
Enroll clients into automated check-in and communication campaigns
Proactively check in with clients daily
Respond quickly to inbound client requests via phone, text, and email
Identify upsell and expansion opportunities and act on them
Maintain clean, organized account notes and follow internal SOPs
Collaborate closely with internal teams using HubSpot and Slack
Qualification
Required
Manage a portfolio of approximately 200 client accounts
