Mechanical Engineering Internship - Federal Infrastructure
Olsson is an engineering and design firm focused on improving the world around us. As a summer 2026 engineering student intern, you will perform hands-on work on mechanical system designs for federal infrastructure projects while collaborating with experienced engineers.

Responsibilities
Assist with mechanical system designs, including HVAC, plumbing, and medical gas systems, for high-impact federal infrastructure projects
Assist in preparing calculations
Writing technical reports
Producing construction documents in Revit
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills
Ability to contribute and work well on a team
Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical or architectural engineering (mechanical emphasis) with an expected graduation date of May 2027
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong problem-solving and math skills
Preferred
Working knowledge of Revit
