CoreHire.us is a Managed Service Provider seeking a Microsoft 365 Implementation Engineer. This role focuses on executing Microsoft 365 projects, including tenant builds and migrations, while ensuring strong support in Windows Server and networking within diverse client environments.

Responsibilities

Implement Microsoft 365 projects: tenant builds, migrations, security configuration, and service optimization

Execute IT projects designed by senior engineers or architects

Perform supporting server deployments, upgrades, and migrations

Execute network-related project tasks (VLANs, routing, firewall changes, wireless deployments)

Perform virtualization tasks using Hyper-V and/or VMware

Participate in project cutovers, including evening/weekend work when required

Communicate project status, risks, and blockers to the Project Lead

Work directly with clients during on-site and remote project activities

Create and update technical documentation (as-builts, diagrams, closeout notes)

Follow internal standards, procedures, and security best practices

Mentor junior technicians when appropriate
