Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
Perform month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
Assist with cost accounting and inventory reconciliations to support manufacturing operations
Maintain general ledger accuracy and ensure compliance with GAAP
Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Minimum 2+ years of accounting experience
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, or similar)
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Preferred
Preferably in a manufacturing or related industry
