Responsibilities

Work within cross-functional sales teams, offering expert-level technology guidance and consultation

Engage, collaborate, and coordinate with prospective or existing clients to understand their business strategies, objectives, transformation initiatives, requirements, technologies, and infrastructure; recommend suitable technologies to support solutions aligned with strategic goals

Provide technological insights and innovative ideas for large-scale, complex enterprise technical and business initiatives

Define and document business cases for proposed technologies, infrastructure, digital transformation, migrations, etc

Define and own the vision of proposed technologies, including sign-off from all stakeholders

Establish trusted relationships with key client stakeholders to establish technology advisory status which allows to influence the solution buying process

Maintain a professional, authoritative technological presence in client structure at all levels in the business for multiple clients

Simplify advanced technical concepts into relevant business value for broader stakeholders

Act as the customer advocate to drive the technology vision with solution owners and managers to ensure the deliveries are aligned with client expectations

Analyze and understand client business strategy and extrapolate into technology and roadmaps

Facilitate client workshops to discover requirements and establish a clear understanding of project scope

Collaborate with departments, including technical SMEs and executive leadership, both within clients and within the organization

Gather and analyze internal and external feedback on integrated technologies, identify problem and risk areas, propose areas for improvement, and recommend additional services and enhancements

Contribute to the research and development of innovative technology solutions, services, and strategic initiatives

Support business growth by enabling effective communication

Responsible for establishing a secure customer data management process along with the Project Leadership team, including data obtaining, exchange, storing, retention, and deletion throughout the project lifecycle

Follow off-boarding and project closure procedures, fulfilling customer data retention and deletion rules set up on the project according to contract commitments and company policies

Follow Privacy Information and Data Protection policies to ensure the security of customer data that is being used for project purposes

Required

8+ years of experience in software development with a focus on technologies and architecture

5+ years of leadership experience in an architectural or technical lead role, driving architectural and technology decisions in a collaborative environment

English Proficiency: Upper-Intermediate Strong or higher

Extensive experience in designing, documenting, and implementing scalable engineering solutions across diverse platforms and domains

Expertise in ensuring system security by design, applying rigorous data privacy and compliance practices

Knowledge of architecture principles, including microservices, cloud-native, and event-driven designs

Expertise in performance optimization, security, and scalability of software systems

Expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps and modern development tools

Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills, effective in team settings and stakeholder interactions

Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and project changes, with a strong focus on continuous learning and innovation

Proactive in identifying and resolving technical issues with innovative solutions, contributing significantly to project advancement

Excellent problem-solving skills in addressing technical challenges and optimizing solutions

Bachelor's degree or higher in technical disciplines such as Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Math, or Data Science

Preferred

Relevant enterprise solution and platform certifications such as SAP, Salesforce, cloud architecture certifications, etc
