Responsibilities
Build and deploy predictive models on proprietary clinical data
Own the full ML lifecycle: data → features → training → deployment
Shape our data products roadmap alongside leadership
Turn validated infrastructure into scalable, revenue-generating products
Qualification
Required
Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn)
XGBoost or similar gradient boosting frameworks
AWS SageMaker (training, tuning, deployment)
AWS data stack (S3, Athena, Glue)
Classification on imbalanced datasets
SQL
Preferred
Healthcare or clinical data experience
HIPAA-compliant environment experience
Time-series or event-based prediction problems
Claude Code or Claude API integration (Bedrock, Anthropic SDK)
Building MCP servers to connect LLMs to custom data sources
Prompt engineering for code generation and pipeline development
