Responsibilities
Manage monthly close, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
Oversee payroll and coordinate benefits administration
Serve as point of contact for external tax and accounting partners
Support HR-related needs, employee questions, and internal processes
Maintain accurate records and ensure operational compliance
Transition into full ownership of the role following a planned training overlap
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on accounting experience (GL, close, payroll oversight)
Comfort supporting HR and employee-facing responsibilities
Detail-oriented and able to work independently
Must be commutable to Dickson, TN
Preferred
Stable work history with consistent tenure preferred
Experience working with benefit brokers and tax firms
