Corpay is currently looking to hire an Accounts Payable Outsourcing & Client Support Associate, located in Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be responsible for providing Invoice Management services and serving as a primary point of contact for clients to resolve daily account issues.

Responsibilities

Learning and understanding Invoice Automation Solutions offered for each client on a customized basis

Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing client needs and facilitating both invoices and file exchange

Executing a range of AP and payment-related functions at the direction of clients

Communicating clearly and professionally with coworkers, supervisors, and clients

Completing data entry from international invoices, ensuring accurate and concise data policies for micro-hedging

Complying with all applicable policies, standards, guidelines, compliance, and controls

Performing additional duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualification

Microsoft OfficeClient service experienceData entry experienceGeneral computer literacyTouch-typing skillsMulti-tasking skillsOrganizational skills

Required

Microsoft Office experience

General computer literacy and touch-typing skills

Ability to work efficiently and accurately with minimal supervision

Organized and able to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

Previous client service experience

Previous data entry experience in an office setting
