Responsibilities

Provide expert HR consultation and strategic direction to leadership
Lead the development and execution of advanced HR strategies aligned with business objectives
Manage high-level talent management processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
Ensure organizational compliance with employment laws and company policies
Analyze and interpret complex HR metrics to provide strategic insights to leadership
Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals
Drive workforce planning and organizational development initiatives
Collaborate with senior internal HR partners to deliver advanced HR solutions
Foster a positive organizational culture and drive employee engagement programs
Provide strategic business partnership, thought partnership and coaching to all levels of the organization

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
6+ years of experience in a human resources role
Relevant experience can be considered as a substitute for the required educational qualifications. In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of related experience is required
Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience
Extensive knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
Exceptional critical thinking, communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated experience in project management and change management
Ability to influence and problem solve
Experience conducting investigations and managing employee relations issues
Experience in leadership coaching and conflict resolution
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance
U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance for employment

Preferred

PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification
Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or Organizational Development or related field
Experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry, or knowledge of DoD or government contracting
Advanced proficiency with Workday HRIS system
