Mid LevelAIT Global Inc. is currently hiring for an NPD Engineer (Valves) position at their manufacturing facility. The role involves designing and developing flexible stainless steel gas connectors, ensuring they meet safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities
Design and develop leak-free, flexible stainless-steel gas connectors
Select and evaluate materials for corrosion resistance, temperature tolerance, and gas compatibility
Apply mechanical design principles to ensure flexibility, durability, and pressure integrity
Conduct and support testing & validation activities (leak, cycle, thermal, vibration)
Perform load, stress, and movement analysis related to pressure and thermal expansion
Ensure products meet regulatory and safety standards (ANSI, CSA, NSF, UL)
Support gas flow, pressure drop, and flow restriction analysis
Qualification
Required
Background in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or Materials Engineering
Experience with mechanical components, connectors, hoses, or tubing
Understanding of gas systems (natural gas, propane, LPG)
Familiarity with testing methods for pressure, leaks, and durability
Preferred
Knowledge of industry codes and certifications is a strong plus
