Andersen Corporation is a leading window and door company seeking a motivated intern to join their Customer Experience team. This role will provide hands-on exposure to customer insights, survey design, data analysis, and project coordination to improve the customer journey.

Responsibilities

Analyze customer survey results to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities

Assist in drafting and refining survey questionnaires to ensure clarity and relevance

Interpret both structured (quantitative) and unstructured (qualitative) data to generate actionable insights

Create compelling PowerPoint presentations to communicate findings to internal stakeholders

Support project management activities, including tracking timelines, coordinating meetings, and ensuring deliverables are met

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer experience initiatives

Contribute to customer journey mapping and experience improvement projects

Required

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Data Analytics, or a related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Comfortable working with data sets and drawing insights from both numbers and narratives

Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Passion for understanding customer needs and improving experiences

Strong teamwork, interpersonal, analytical, and conceptual skills

3.0+ GPA

Preferred

Familiarity with Excel, project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana), or survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey)
