Responsibilities

Reviews submitted candidate applications and resumes. Assesses if the candidate's work history and skillset are a proper match for the jobs
Maintain strong relationships with candidate pools with the objective of creating viable pipelines of talent for current and future openings
Proactively contacts passive candidates via cold calling and persuades them to consider opportunities
Participates in Golden1 recruiting branding initiatives and helps craft the credit union's Employee Value Proposition. Promotes job opportunities on social media
Researches industry labor and business trends for supported departments. Also, recruiting sites, job boards or organizations for potential candidates
Promptly schedules and facilitates intake meetings with leaders once job requisition submitted to curated screening questions to identify and present well vetted candidates
Phone screens selected candidates and determined if candidate will proceed in the next step of the recruitment process
Consistently follows up with candidates (internal and external) regarding applicant status and/or outcome
